Continuation of the Poll about "PETITION BEING PRIVATE"

Well, this is the continuation. And the results are:

And one of the members explanation are:

You can't really do any petition without it being public, and calling the person in question out.
How can someone agree or disagree with you if you don't know who are you referring to?
Also, since someone accepted the public role of moderator it's not a matter of "Privacy" anymore.
Being a moderator shouldn't be a privilege but a Public service.
If the users are not happy with the quality of the service they should be at very least be free to tell it openly (that should be how it works but most of the times people are suck up-ers and pussies, so they will just passively accept things with a fake smile).

And

I fail to see the point of a petition that is not public, because that way, it would look like less representative.
Also I can't see how manifesting personal disagreement can bring to flame more than leaving a subsident hate underneath.

Petitions are one of the few ways for common users to let "big ranks" listen to their voice, maiming their tool, is like stabbing the right to freedom of speech.

Again, normally, those who are appointed as Moderators are there to offer a public utility service, not to boost their e-ego (I will use ego, since there are teens), so if they are not afraid of anything because they are doing their duty rightfully, they should not complain about being criticized.

If some "High Up" sees these things differently, I am all ears.
